Hi All,

I have a question (I tried searching, but didn't get anything, so if it has been asked before, I apologize)- on all of your invitations, what address are you using for the site of the wedding? Are you just putting the name of the resort, or the full address?

Thanks!

Tracy

I did regular pocketfolds from our stationer, and put The Grand Palladium, and underneath Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.

If you wanted to include more detail, you can always put the full address on your website, if you have one. For us, not having the address gave us an extra line of room on our card.

I just put the name of the resort, the name of the area it's in and then the country- didn't bother with a full street address. All of the extra info is available on my website or through my travel agent (I had an insert directing people to both) so I figured it wasn't necessary. I've seen examples online of destination wedding invites that used this format, but I can't remember where.

  • 1 year later...

My mother is insisting on very traditional invitations.  I am yielding because this is the only thing she is digging her heals in on.  I really wanted to use a ticket themed one but that is out.  I am hoping someone  here will help me come up with something of a compromise that I can't figure out on my own.  Has anyone seen this site:  wedding invitations?   Thanks for helping keep the peace!!
