Hi all,

 

Melaina here... Wedding month is January 2011 -- no date yet in Cancun, Mexico.

 

It's so hard to choose the resort. Luckily, my future MIL is a travel agent so I have been reading travel magazines up the wazoo (not that it makes it any easier!!)

 

I've been lurking this forum since I got engaged (Dec. 25) -- seems like a great place!

Welcome Melaina! Congratulations on your engagement. I know what you mean about travel brochures- sometimes it's like information overload. Choosing the resort was one of the hard parts for me too. Once I had the resort and date booked everything else seemed to come together, though. Good luck with your planning.

Congrats and welcome! I think when everyone first stops by here, they have that overwhelmed feeling. There are just so many options! However, once you start reading reviews and such, you get a feel for what you want and it makes it sooo much easier. This site is great!
