Boston bride...beach bound

Hello ladies,

My name is Christina and I'm from the Boston area. My fiancee and I recently became engaged (12/24/09).We began our relationship 5 years ago and have been to the Dominican Republic 4 times...the last trip, he proposed! We have always said that when we marry, it would be in the D.R. and it would be low key. We want something different....but not ridiculous. Our families get along so well and we thought no better way to start our marriage than being all together in this little piece of paradise. We are all so excited to start planning...so now we have to finalize a place and date. YIKES!

My fiancee and I are thinking the Iberostar in Punta Cana...the first resort we stayed in the D.R. We were thinking of the week before New Years 2011. Any thoughts, pics, or advice are extremely welcomed and appreciated. I am new at this and not really sure where to start.
