Cut or not cut the dress?

My vote is don't cut. I like it as is.

The choice is in I am not cutting it! I think if I want to sell it I will leave as-is and since this will be an indoor wedding its best to have it full Thanks ladies so much!

I'm glad you decided to say forget the scissors, and keep that magnificent train...like wearing a veil, I think there are very few occasions when a woman can get away with wearing a train, and your wedding day is in position #1 at the top of the list! Not to mention how stunning and dramatic it will look in your photos -- you'll be breathtaking!

I like it cut shows the detail of the lace better, but will it tear or snag?

the cut looks simpler but i see no reason to get rid of the gorgeous trim which i <3

I don't dislike it either way, but I think it looks more elegant with both layers.
