Im probably one of the few GUYS here on this forum.

recently engaged (sept 09)

planning for a wedding in May 2011

our options are either Maui or... NYC City Hall

how were you able to pick a destination without having time to visit all those places?!

It sounds like you should contact one of the TA's on this site for help! [link at top right of page] Or browse the Hawaii pages. It's all about research and referrals. There are wedding reviews from lots of different locations written by bride's on this site who were married there. This forum is the best tool you will find! Good luck and happy planning.

Welcome to the club! Haha. But this site along with googling is the greatest. If you find a place you are interested in, I found the best way to find pics is through Trip Advisor. When you look up the place, you can view pictures that people posted with reviews so you feel like you really get to know the location. Happy Friday!

Congrats and welcome to the forum! I'm also getting married in May 2011, we chose our destination by looking at different resorts on expedia and trip advisor, found something that met our price limits we want to keep for quests and then from there I would read reviews from past brides on this forum and narrowed it down from there. Good luck!
