i bought the Knot Destination Wedding book but haven't really been able to find an organizer that is really made for DW so i went to Staples and bought a cute black and tan accordian style organizer with a handle and am seperating the tabs into the following categories:

your welcome - i hope it comes in handy! it's funny though b/c i originally had like 35 categories - it definitely took some playing around to consolidate them.

I found a great Wedding Organizer at Target, it was only $15 and is great.
