I haven't thought about this too much. I know I won't be shipping anything down to Aruba since it will be too expensive. I am hoping everything will fit in one suitcase and I will probably put the OOT bags together before we leave. I know I won't want to be in our room doing OOT bags when I could be lying on a beach.

As for when I am giving them to my guests, I have no idea. Maybe I can leave them at the guests rooms and/or give the bags to them at the welcome dinner.

OOH! I totally didn't think about my son's extra bag :) he's only staying for 3 days and then heading back with the grandparents so we can use his extra bag!

I agree with doing it before you get to the resort... I too would much rather be out of the room than filling bags! Do you think that TSA will open the bags if you're checking them in? I know they do if you have baggies in your carry on...

think i've decided to skip these and just maybe have a welcome letter and one mexico-themed item in each room. cuts down on costs and things to do. if i had a bag of stuff to assemble, however, i think before you leave is best... that way you can just enjoy being at the resort as much as possible.

I don't know if they will. I know they get scanned, but I don't think they will open the bags. Maybe they will if you have something in the bags that scans weird or something. I will have to look into it, but I still think that no matter what I am assembling the bags at home first.

Greetings! I am getting married in Jamaica in a few weeks. We were going to have our wedding favors and OOT bag items shipped.......that was until the cheapest price was at $2000.00 (wtf) We are now opting to take extra luggage and then assemble them once their. This is so much work! Up to 3 extra suitcases and only o
