I'm Jen. Just got engaged two days before christmas and beginning the process towards hopefully a destination wedding. Assuming our family can make it, our tentative plan is doing it over christmas 2010/ new years 2011. Right now we are thinking either Jamaica, but have thought about Caribbean side of Mexico. Any suggestions would be great :)

P.S. I would suggest the Riviera Maya in Mexico, but since I'm holding my own wedding there I am a bit biased. smile03.gif

That's a great time- especially coming from teh snowy and cold north! keep in mind though that the holidays are also the MOST expensive time of year to travel and to make sure that everyone books very early to get the best rates and to be sure they get a room! Many places sold out quite early this year - and that was in a bad economy!
