Where should we have our destination wedding?

I just got engaged a couple weeks ago. I live in Fla. near the beach but I thought getting married in Mexico or Jamaica would be wonderful. We love Jamaica...but the AI resorts seem to be better in Mexico. We have been to The Royal in Playa (or favorite resort so far), Riu in Ocho Rios (favorite destination), Riu in Cabo...

 

We are huge foodies, which doesn't really go with AI- but that's one reason we were considering Valentin in Playa. The food reviews (and resort reviews) are really favorable on tripadvisor.com

 

Any suggesions? I want to keep the trip under $1,400pp for flight and everything for 5 days/4 nights which is what most guests will be staying...
