So I went to Zumba today, then came home and decided to do some P90X Ab Ripper and Ypga... lol not supposed to go together, but I liked it lolll

I don't like the sounds of ab ripper. 30 day shred is bad enough. I did it again today and feel like I can barely move. And I am supposed to be able to do it again tomorrow??wtf??!!
