My goal this week is 2lbs...I am going to focus on getting my ass to the gym 4 days this week. One down, 3 to go!

i am having a hard time getting back on track after having a "taste of the forbidden" this past weekend and being snowed in with all the leftovers! doesn't help that my hubz is the cook and he keeps making delish bad-for-you stuff. brat.

 

we have been doing a ton of wii fit and shoveling tho (with more snow on the way), and he knows better than to buy me chocolates for vday LOL, so next weigh-in should be better!

Here is the link to the Zumba DVDs...it's like a package deal. https://www.zumbafitness.com/flare/next Really not a bad price, but I just don't want to spend the cash on that when my gym offers it for free! It might be hard to split it up though....I'm not sure if the DVDs are burnable. Do you know anything about downloading DVDs? I'm clueless...maybe you coudl find them to download off limewire, or a torrent website or something like that. (Not that we would do that, cause it's totally illegal...)

You cannot rip the Zumba DVDs and burn them to share. Trust me, I tried.

 

My sister recently got zumba certified, and she gave me some of her duplicate work out DVDs. Then she realized that she needed one of those and I wanted to make a copy so I wouldn't have to return it to her. Unfortunately, I couldn't.
