crap i forgot about getting a pedicure today! haha! today i went all out with my final "greasy food and regular coke," to get the craving out of my system. and it worked, because now i feel totally gross and actually can't wait for salad wednesday! elefant.gif

Cougs- I can barely look at my legs they are so ugly! I may have to opt for jeans and a sports bra...my stomach isn't TOO terrible...

 

I was having a french fry craving so I limited myself to a small FF from McD's today for lunch and nothing else. 230 cals total...could have been worse!

Also - I just read this article. It's a little dry but makes a lot of sense. It explains that your food proportion should be 13% carbs, 33% protein and 53% fat in order to lose weight. It also says that you should keep your suguars down because you burn fat when your insulin levels are low.

It's made me decide to start having an egg for breakfast instead of my yogurt because my 100 calorie yogurt has 14 grams of sugar.
