I was sick most of December... so pretty much just laid around and ate shortbread. Yup, I could stand to lose a few and would love to have your girls with me to help keep me motivated

Hey Princess! Nope we haven't started yet, we are starting on January 13th. Just read the rules and stuff on page 1 and you will be all set! Send me a "before" picture of you and take a picture of your weight on the scale, and a pic of the scale each week (since we will do mini weekly contests between eachother).

Diet is still a diet. My body got a huge shock when I stopped eating crap. Im not going to lie I do cheat here and there however but only a tad. If I want a cookie I only grab one not three KWIM?
