well I was up a lb, boo I really need to get started strong next week and not just keep saying it. I did start the 100 push up challenge last week. Is anyone else doing that?

I started the 100 push up challenge a few weeks ago but then got sick. I need to restart next week. It's a great challenge and I definitely see the difference in my arms.
