Dress & Hair/Veil Advice

I would go with one extreme or the other. A really short birdcage veil would look great- especially with short hair. Or something longer would look really dramatic and be an interesting contrast. I'd go with some sort of veil with a short dress rather than a flower, though. Maybe try on a few styles with your dress to see what looks the best. I thought about a shorter dress, too- I think they look great at destination weddings!
