Hello! Newbie here! Need help finding a destination!

Hi,

 

My name is Melissa and I am planning on getting married on March 20, 2010. We have been to Excellence Playa Mujeres in Cancun and we loved it! However, we have a 4 yr old in our wedding party and Excellence resorts are adults only. We have been looking at various magazines and websites and found the Dreams Punta Cana resort is what we are looking for. We love the gazebo and the various activities, and that they include children.

 

We are open to any suggestions. We would like an all inclusive resort. Our only concern is travel to DR from Jacksonville, FL. We have visited this site and are still doing research on the wedding coordinators, packages etc.

 

Also, in everyones experiences, does the WC at the resort handle everything? Or is it good practice to get a wedding planner?

 

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the forum. We also love excellence resorts but need something more kid-friendly! There are a ton of great options in the Riviera Maya that allow children. plus it's an easy flight from Florida! Azul sensatori has the modern look of EPM but allows children.
