Tom gave me a beautiful Tacori e-ring, but I wear one from this site that looks very similar now, because mine was stolen a few months ago -- and Tom is in Iraq with all the papers for the Tacori in his Safe Deposit Box.

No one even knows the difference, it is amazing.

I got the e-ring knock-off and matching wedding band from Emitations for $60. I am going to keep this fake one even after Tom gets back and I get mine replaced. I will wear it when we are on vacation, etc so I don't have to worry about losing the real thing.

Bottom line, if things work out and it really is a just finance thing ... get an e-ring that rocks in style AND price from a site like this ... and upgrade when you are financially able to.

The ring doesn't matter... I'd marry Evan today and forget about the wedding if he asked me to. The most important thing is that you love each other. The material stuff is more of luxury.

Really a ring means nothing. Its the love and commitment that is important. You can always buy/upgrade your ring later

Honestly, I personally don't need a ring. It's the love, respect, and committment that's important. And I say this as someone who doesn't have a ring yet! I think it means more to other people than it does me. When I talk to family or friends about what our plans are.....they immediately look at my finger and ask when I got engaged. Then I'm questioned as to why I'm planning a wedding without a ring. What's that all about?

 

It's funny though, I can't wait to put a ring on his finger though!
