I completely understand where you are coming from. It took me months to choose the perfect location. I think it helps to narrow down your search. for instance, do you want a beach wedding? Do you want children to be able to be present? do you want to be in a gazebo? Do you want to see nothing but palm trees to your left and right, or does the sight of other tourists and hotels not bother you? Do you want a private reception on the beach, or in a restaurant?

 

starting to answer questions like that about your dream wedding will definitely help you narrow down a location!
