I know I know don't settle..!I believe they extended the Tax credit until April. Not sure what states that qualifies for though. We just want to find something we can see ourselves in and not have to completely renovate. I do not want to rush, but the tax credit could help in the end just a little.

 

Thanks for the advice.. hopefully we will find something soon!
