This thread is absolutely amazing--THANK YOU to all the brides and brides-to-be that have contributed. We are in the early stages of planning our DW in Punta Cana, and learning from everyone's experiences has been absolutely invaluable!

 

There are tons of DW webpages out there, and this is the only one that seems honest and real.

Thanks for your extremely helpful post! Especially the part about only inviting close family and friends that won't stress you out! We are in the very early stages of planning, but I am already removing "friends" from my guest list who are giving me guilt and stress about even having a DW.

This thread is great I loved reading every page of it! I have a question for past brides about lounge furniture I am debating adding this to our beach reception and it hasn't come up on either the "would" or wouldn't" list so far..... I was curious if this is something worth it or if it went unused?
