So I'm a Dominican trying to make Coquito (Puerto Rican Egg nog). I googled for the recipe and they all vary. Now I know last year I made it with Eggs, Coco lopez, Bacardi Rum, Cinnamon and condensed milk, but I can't remember if I added evaporated milk or just coconut milk.

Can I add both Coco lopez and coconut milk??

What's your recipe??

I do about:

24 oz of coconut milk (i make it from scratch but you can used the canned ones)

1-2 cups of Bacardi white Rum (depending on how strong you want it to be)

1 - 14 oz can of Condensed Milk

4 egg yolks

Cinnamon to taste(I add about 1/2 a teaspoon and go from there)

I also do chocolate coquito (my sister loves it)

1 14 oz can of Evaporated Milk

1 14 oz can of Condesed Milk

2 Cans of Coconut Milk

I use Cortes Chocolate and mix it in about an 1/8-1/4 of water and then mix it with all the milks.

Cinnamon to taste

1-2 cups of Rum

Hope this helps!
