I'm trying to get some comparisons on the Hard Rock and Ocean Blue. Does anyone happen to know what the room rate is per person? at HR it's is 213 pp, and seems a bit high.

I'm not entirely sure of the exact room rate - as our rooms/airfare are one all inclusive price in Canada. However, for 7 nights, including air it is $1350 for us, and an additional 7 nights (without airfaire) puts us up to 2050. Doing the math - it seems we must be paying something around 110 per night? This is also for April - so month would play a factor in price.

Hey Ladies,

I am brand new to this forum......I am trying to plan my wedding for April 2013 and I really like the Ocean Blue & Sand. I'm just working with a TA right now and got a pretty good price that I don't want to pass up on. I've been having trouble reaching the WC, as I have read on here that other ppl are having the same issue. Does anyone have a price list of extras that they offer....flowers, decor, a DJ?? I'm thinking the Sand Extravaganza package and having the reception at the La Brasa restaurant.

ooops...sorry for all the posts! lol..NOOB! My computer was loading my post and then it showed up as 4! Another question, booking through Transat holidays they offer wedding packages available through Ocean resorts which are much cheaper than the packages offered straight from the resort...is there a catch?

Hey There,

 

I've sent you everything I have! I'm an April 2013/Air transat bride too! Still trying to decide between the hotels packages, and Transats. There is fine print with transat too - which I might not meet. I may have up to 40 guests - but this is through 5 gateways across Canada. In order to qualify for the Transat packages - you have to have 12 people flying from the same gateway, same date, flight, etc.
