FI and I are thinking a getting a house!

I'm soooo pumped! Tomorrow, my fiance and I are meeting with our realtor and builder to get more questions answered about building a house! It's nothing huge but a great starter home, 1400 sq ft 3 beds 2.5 baths. Plus it's in a new development.

 

I can't believe we are able to get a new house BEFORE our wedding! With the possibility of a House, FI graduation, and Our Wedding... 2010 is going to be a GREAT YEAR!

Thanks Ladies! I can't believe how fast the process went. We got approved and have been looking at existing homes for a few weeks now. I'll keep everyone posted as the process continues
