I wrote to the photo studio- this is their response:

 

We can definitely schedule Erica for two days out there if you have more than 5 or 6 women.

 

The $200 is only the sitting fee, you get online proofs included (she usually takes over 150 images per session). You can then either order prints, albums, individual digital image files, calendar, disc of all digital negatives, etc.

 

We usually hire a makeup artist to come and do the hair & makeup, it normally costs $80 per person for makeup.

the $80 for makeup, does that include hair as well? also, where would the photo shoot take place? would it be in the hotel she's staying in or would we have to pay for a room? with the online proofs, can we also get a cd of them (so we can order proofs or albums elsewhere)? thanks again for organizing this...definitely have to get in shape for it

I am so interested in this depending on the date (our stag and doe is late Feb) and cost over and above the $200. Thanks for organizing this! It would be a huge surprise for FI!

Just to put it out there though... I work also of fashion Trade shows and this is the time for them... Feb 14-19 I am away, Feb 28 - Mar 3rd, Also Mar 20-23. So as long as it is scheduled on days other then this I am in!

Its been awhile since I started to look in to all of the details but I think that the venue is included. Alot of the info is on the website. I will keep working on it. I am waiting for a more definite date
