I'm doing normal OOT bags. For favors I'm doing luggage tags - but they are doubling as seating cards.

I hope so! The ones I'm getting have 3 parts - metal back, paper, metal front with small hole. You can only read the name out the hole. I'm going to put the whole name and address on a label and stick it on the paper. That way for the wedding they just see the name (the table # will be on a card threaded though the loop that holds the tag to the luggage), but the address is there for when they use it.

I'm doing favors and not doing oot bags....

I don't think favors would be expected. Just do them if you want to. An OOT bag is definitly enough. I'm more concerned with having more stuff to pack.

I am planning on doing oot bags and no favors...

 

I have been to so many wedding, showers etc...and people don't even take the favor with them or they accidentally leave them behind...so I figure with the oot bags, it's in their room and when they are packing to leave they can pack it up or use it all while they are there (haven't decided what I am putting in them yet).

For the favours I am planning on putting a paper fan on each seat (a white one with a tag) and a Rari Tea bulb in a small box at each persons spot on the table.
