Congratulations! You have some great choices. Do you scuba? I ask because you have some of the scuba meccas. What is the age range of your wedding party? I only ask because grandma probably won't be up for Columbia or Guatemala. I love LOVE love Guatemala though - so if that's the way you go I can give you loads of info.

congrats on your engagement. We're getting married at Dreams Cancun and went on a site visit a couple of months ago...it's AMAZING!! on a side note, I'm from Colombia and there are so many beautiful places from jungle to beach to city landscapes. Good luck with the planning!!
