I think that is all I would like to do is try them on, get an idea of what looks right and if time permits I may order from one of the China places that everyone is talking about in another tread. I did find another online retailer that they say they are in NY but haven't seen anyone here that has purchased from them.

I am right downtown ottawa, but I do have a car & GPS so getting around is pretty easy. I just want something very simple and have looked at the same dress online for weeks now, but would like to try something on similar to it to see if it looks good on me.

I ordered mine from China - had it in Saskatoon in less than 6 weeks. I did my measurements with a little to give (easier to take in then let out) and it's really a great dress.
