I think everyone covered the basics! We also have corn casserole, which is always yummy...

Corn Casserole

Approx. 6 bacon strips, crisp and crumbled

2 tbsp chopped onion

2 tbsp butter

2 tbsp flour

1/2 tsp salt

2 cans of whole kernel corn. (recipe technically calls for 2, but i double everything and i like it to not be so runny so i use about 5.5 or so cans)

1 cup sour cream

1. Saute onions

2. Blend in flour and salt

3. Add sour cream gradually, stirring until smooth. Bring to a boil.

4. Add corn. Stir in half of the bacon

5. Pour into buttered casserole dish

6. Top with remaining bacon

7. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
