If you're uncomfortable having them sent to your work address, can you have them sent to your FI's work address? Do you know what address you'll be using for your reply cards?

What about using a friend or family members home address, preferrably if you have someone that lives nearby or in between your current and (potential) new house? I'm sure that someone from your wedding party wouldn't mind at all, especially given that it's a situation that is a bit beyond your control. That's probably the route I would go if I was in the same situation.
