Average Open Bar Prices at Cabo Weddings?

Hi all! We are about to select our venue in Cabo for our May 2010 wedding!! I am just crunching numbers and was wondering what people have paid or were quoted for open bar (per person per hour, or per person for the whole event). Any advice would be appreciated!! Thanks !

Thanks for the info. We are still deciding on location and date (waiting for some family to confirm), but my current frontrunner is Fiesta Americana. I was just at Cabo Surf last week to check it out and love it!!, but too small for our group unfortunately. We were planning one early May but now it looks like it will be closer to the end of the month.

 

$80 seems like a good number based on what I have seen, but that is so much more pricey than in CA--places I have checked are about $30 for 4 hours!! I guess that is what we get for doing it in Cabo?

 

Hopefully some others can give their thoughts as well!

I was quoted $105 per person for 5 hours of open bar at the Imperial Suite at Fiesta Americana (bar only, no food included). I thought it was way too crazy for the number of guests we were having so we ended up doing our wedding at Dreams where it was much cheaper!

We were married at the Sheraton Hacienda del mar. We had a four hour limited open bar.

It was $58 a person for white wine, red wine, domestic beers, all types of fruit margaritas (mango, strawberry, pineapple, regular), bottled water and soda.

 

It was the perfect amount of everything!
