Great explanation Raychel! I think you just have to try it and practice with it to get the hang of it....I know it sounds like self torture but it really does work!

I also use this method. I find that for removal, baby oil helps. Also surgical tape is not as painful to remove.

Ok - but how big are your "girls" I'm somewhere between a D cup and a double D depending on the bra - would the tape still be dependable for my heavy ladies??
