Anyon ein the NYC/ LI area know a great seamstress?

We have gotten my moms wedding dress pretty clean. There is still a stubborn stain that just doesnt want to come out, but I can deal with it. I do need someone that can look at the dress and help me "update" it. I have a general idea of what I want done, but want the advice from someone who does this professionally. If anyone in the NYC area knows of one they can recommend, please let me know. I have had my sister put a note on her facebook (I dont have one)and have spoken to everyone I possibly can.
