No need to panic! you are perfectly fine! I would say go down and finalize everything and then work on your STD's when you get home. As long as you get your STD's out about 6 months before hand I think you'll be fine. If you can't get them out 6 months before hand, then just send an actual invite a little earlier.

You're soooo okay. We're getting married in November and I haven't sent a thing out (expecting 50 ppl). We're just spreading the word as fast as we can. Honestly, if I would have had more time it would have just been a longer time for me to be stressed out. When I've got too much time, I lag on making a decision or I end up changing it a zillion times.

i got engaged in august and married in may so you should be fine...the only thing that may be a problem is getting the date you want as the more popular palces and dates book fast.
