Kash, thanks soo much. I agree with everyone, I hate that you can't enjoy your wedding to the fullest when there is always something to worry about.

Nicole, I think this happens everywhere. My friend recently got married here and was ticked when the hotel added plates for those who came after the dinner (you know, those uninvited guests). She made it very clear not to serve any dinner after the dinner time but they did anyways and they kept a head count of those they served.

kash! that is so annoying about emeline and the bar...and i guess i am super annoyed because i know we had thought of doing some sort of system with shells so you could keep the costs down and she made it seem like it was an inconvenience and you should just trust her.

Kash I am so sorry to hear about all of the drama at the Hilton. It appears that resorts will try to take advantage of special events and large groups. However, I am delighted to hear that everything else went well. Even the alternative hotels selected.

Kash thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that everything did not go smoothly behind the scenes, but I am glad that you were still able to enjoy it. And on the positive side you are married to the love of your life and having a wonderful honeymoon...so that is the greatest most amazing thing ever. Its such a shame that weddings have to be so stressful with the money situation and everything else that goes along behind the scenes. I'm sure your guests had a wonderful time though.

Great review Kash. I'm so glad that despite the issues with your hotel you were able to have a wonderful wedding. The problem with weddings is that there is no "return business". However, with this forum, problems don't go unnoticed and do certainly affect future business. Hopefully your experience will help other Hilton brides to have an easier time...Congratulations again!

I'm late but it sounds like everything went perfectly on your wedding day except for a little sneakyness hear and there by the hilton which is a shame.
