1st dress fitting in a few days! Still hooked on honey buns :(

OK, I go for my first dress fitting at Pronovias on Saturday. I keep having nightmares that I will 1. not fit into the dress 2. hate the dress after not seeing it for so long. I am super nervous!!!! I am praying that all goes well. I have banned all honeybuns from the house until after February!

I just went to my first fitting a few days ago! I couldn't sleep the night before tossing and turning about the same reasons as you! I hadn't seen my dress in 6 months...I had honestly forgotten what it looked like! As soon as it was unzipped and taken out of the bag, I had a moment of "oh my god, that's my dress!"...I slipped it on and it was amazing! I could manage to lose 10 lbs though, lol. But either way it felt and looks great. You WILL feel the same way!!! It's kinda magical But nothing, I'm sure, will be like your wedding day! Congrats to you and good luck with your first fitting...you'll be beautiful!

It's been 8 years since my wedding but reading this post brought back the memory like it was yesterday. It is was so hard to go so long without seeing the dress and then there was the second guessing "did I pick the right one, will it fit right?" You will be just fine and will probably love it even more the next time you see it...absence makes the heart grow fonder.

I had the same panic moment..but trust me once you see it and put it on again you'll fall back in love..at least I did!

 

PS...I have this weird habit of eating frosting out of the container...don't ask...it's the only "bad" thing I really eat...and its TOTALLY been banned from the house....So I COMPLETELY understand the no honey buns!!

That's what I am doing! Only one day a week where I am allowed a cheat day to drink or eat whatever I want... except today while PMSing I ate 3 leftover halloween bars (only bitesize)!
