Jamy - I don't think those tips are outdatd at all, I think they seem almost obvious, but sometimes the obvious is overlooked. I am still trying to find a counselor in our area and I plan on making an appt soon.

 

Thank you all! I do feel much better about us today, so perhaps I was just having an offday yesterday. Back to work...

i don't know if you belong to a church, or have ties to one - but often they offer counseling too i think.
