Transportation to wedding

For the guest coming to the wedding, how are you getting them there? I know I am responsible for their transportation, but I do not know if we should take taxis or if there are buses we could rent. We are getting married in Grand Cayman and there is going to be about 50 of us. If you already have done this, how much did it cost you?

Was talking to FI about that now. We are getting a limo for us girls and the ladies of the family ( we aren't many lol!) and then we are going to talk to the hotel where the family will be staying to see if they can set up a shuttle bus for the guys to the beach club where the wedding will be. Maybe talk to your hotel about shuttle buses available?

Hey Future Mrs M,

I am also GOH bride. I got a quote of 12$ per person for a group of 60. Just to give you an idea.

The mini buses will get people at the port, bring them to the grand old house and then pick us up again and take us back to the ship when we are all done.

hope that helps.

- 9.25am pick up bride from the GOH and drive to the beach

- 11.00am reception; picture time

- 11.30am DJ starts

- 11.45am – sit down for lunch

- 11.50am – introduction of the couple; cake cutting & speeches
