Hi Everyone,

Just a few photography questions.

When you receive your dvd/cd of photos, are they usually the raw images or the photoshopped/edited images that you see online when you see your proofs or both?

Also, if you are not ordering an album from your photographer and plan to print your own photos, what do you do with the proofs once they become available? Do you just wait to get your dvd/cd? Do you request changes to the work he/she has already done? Do you ask for other versions of pictures you like, i.e. if there is a color pic, you request b&w or vice versa or ask for a picture to be cropped, etc?

Lastly, when you get your high res photos, what's the minimum hi res it needs to be in order to make a large portrait like 30" x 60"?

Thx!

Hi!

The DVD should be the same , edited version of the online gallery. You shoudl have agreed on an all color or mixed ,edited version of hte DVD of images before your wedding. The photographer can probably switch a few b&w images back to color, but not the entire edit, that would take days. :) Not sure what you mean about hte proofs becoming available?

Hope that helps!
