You'll get there! :) Just add .5 miles to your longest run each week, or if you feel up for it, 1 mile. Slowly build your mileage and you'll get it!!

Thanks! I hope so - I'm running with a charity group and the coaches make up schedules so slowly increasing... next week will be the first 5 mile. Today I did 4.

730.45 + 4 = 734.45
