i know i am late, and this is kind of what Maria already said - but my ex always threw crushed up saltines into the mix - just gives it more "meat" and soaks up the flavor. yummy!

Ok, so we ended up doing burgers with worcestire (I have no clue how to say, let alone spell this word ) sauce, onion powder, garlic powder and oregano. They were great, everyone commented on how good they were! Yay! Thanks for the advice ladies (esp. Maria for the guesstimated measurements), I knew I could count on you!

hehehe---- anytime you need recipe help, let me know! I *love* cooking and used to live with a chef and got quite good, if I do say so myself! I love making really complex, impressive tasting dishes that actually consist of about 3 ingredients!
