Any Gran Bahia Principe Runaway Bay Brides out there?

I'm getting married here in April next year, just trying to decide whether to have the reception at the gazebo or Pisces restaurant. We are getting married at 4pm

I am getting married here in August. We are doing a morning ceremony at the Gazebo and dinner at the Picis. For me it was a no brainer, I wanted to enjoy the outdoor setting on the beach, in a private setting. It all depends on your preferences, group size and budget! What way are you leaning?

Hey ladies I am getting married here on January 4, 2016 at 4pm. We are having the ceremony at the Gazebo and are booked to have our dinner and receiption at the Picis. My wedding colors are mint and coral, trying right now to figure out center pieces for the tables and flowers. I love reading everyones comments it so very helpful. We are planning on legally getting married in Jamaica so we are figuring out how to get notarized copies of everthing to send down their in the next month or so.

No - scan it yourself into pdf format and email it. It will be enough to get the paperwork started. Then just give the coordinator the originals when you arrive.

I would definitely go with the Pisces if you have the budget and the group size. It's well worth it! It's such a pretty setting and it's exclusive to you for your reception. During the day it's the "hang out" for lunch and where the Jerk Chicken is (also really good!!). You might want to recommend bug spray just in case.

I got married there nearly 4 years ago and a word of warning - April is a very, very windy month. Not sure why. The gazebo gets a really nice breeze. If you're having your hair done at the spa, they'll use what they teasingly call "cement" to hold your hair and it really does work! Keeps your hair in place.

Cool. How many guests did you have. We only have 11 at the moment but may have another 7 or 8 people book.
