We had a quicky couthouse ceremony here a few weeks before we left... it was actually new years eve day... over the judge's lunch hour and cost us $50! Waaaayyyyyy cheaper than a legal ceremony in Mexico. It was going to cost us over $500! Maybe Jamaica is different. Like I said, the 2 "weddings" will seem different... but don't worry about it taking away from your DW. You are saving your dress for Jamaica, right? Are you having an AHR (At Home Reception) too?
