Need your opinion on my DIY menues

First of all, please tell me honestly what you think of my menues. Should I change anything? is it easy to read?

 

and second, should I print it on a simple white cardstock like in the first picture, or should I mount on blue cardstock like in the second one?

 

another thing, if I add a white ribbon on top (that's how my invitations looked) will it be too busy?

I like them the way they are without ribbon and the cardstock looks good but isn't necessary

They are easy to read and very nice. I like them on the blue paper and I would skip the ribbon. Great job!

Like the second one better. More catching to the eye but wouln't add the ribbon. You did a very good job they look GREAT!

They both look really good. If I had to go with one over the other, I'd go with number 1. It's classy on it's own and doesn't need the extra colour.

I like them just on the white cardstock, without the turquoise in the black. Although, that wouldn't look bad if you decided to do it. Do you have a template for these?! I really like them!

I love the first option without the blue cardstock or ribbon! It already has color and design and fun fonts...don't go nutty or it'll be overkill. Great job!!

Thank you girls! I decided to go with a plain white cardstock. It does seem a bit more classy to me. I will include the template in a separate thread.
