We meet the last Thursday of every month at 6pm at Melrose on 17th Ave SW. We've only had one meet-up so far, and there were 3 of us. It would be great to have more people, last month was a lot of fun and it was awesome chatting with other girls who are going through the same things I am with planning a DW!

Hope to see a few of you tomorrow! :)

I really like the turquoise, I think you made the right decision. It's such a great colour and I don't think it will blend in too much at all :)

I can't see the attachment either, but if you can post it somehow I can let you know my opinon.

Hey Ladies,

Well, Sandy and I had a great time at Melrose again.  We exchanged a lot of ideas and timelines etc.  It is super fun meeting with her, and we hope more of you can make it out next month.  We are even thinking of working on some projects together and sharing costs of shipping etc.

Sandy - I have been super busy today and followed up with everything we spoke about...Pastor York - CHECK, DJ Mania - CHECK, Sarah - CHECK and Photographer - CHECK...thanks for all the inspiration.

Have a great long weekend ladies.

I know there is such a thing called "windproof candles" but I've never used them myself, so I cant say if they really work.  May want to try looking into that!

I already got my tall seashell candles that I thought would be part of my centre peice, now I am afraid I wont even be able to keep tea light lit - what have some of the other ladies done?

I already picked up some luminaries and led lights, but for the table I want to go for some real candles, if you get the holder tall enough will they then stay on? the ones I got still easy had 2,3 inches above the flame that were covered, I mean how much taller can it get? are there some lights that dont go out as easy? is there even such a thing? whew - thanks!
