Cara...I didn't have heat stroke my hubby did...and it lasted all the next day. He was sooo sick. I didn't have to worry about losing money because our photographer was a friend and staying the entire week but our wedding was a wednesday, we were going to do trash the dress thursday, and he left friday morning so we ran out of time It was sad...oh well though.

 

I may be able to meet next thursday. I have dance that night but I'll see what I can do!

6 at Melrose next Thursday works for me! Natalie, although it's on the trendy side, this is Calgary and jeans are acceptable practically everywhere!! If I get a chance to stop at home after work I will be changing into jeans.

 

How will we all recognize each other? Should one of us make a reservation under a specific name that we can all ask for?

I would book, but prob somoene that knows this place should do it. Sandy, would you make the reso's for us. Maybe we can book on Monday so it gives ppl time to say if they are coming, then we will have the number right for the reso. Count me in!

That is really sweet of you Jenny to offer to go in together. I'd totally take you up on that offer too if I knew I could come for sure. I won't know until that day if I can make it as I will be on call for work that night. So make it a no for me but I will come if I'm around. I'm sure you girls can sqeeze me in as a last minute. I really hate being on call. I can never make concrete plans. Oh well... this might work out in the end.

Alright! I've made the reservation at Melrose for Thursday at 6pm. It's under the name 'Sandy'. I've made it for 6, that way we have an extra spot and can def squeeze in more if more show up!
