Negotiation and What I may not be thinking of...

Hi Ladies ... I am looking for some help / advice. We have been negotiating with Carambola Beach Resort in St. Croix (USVI) for a couple of weeks and they submitted their final proposal back to us today. It seems pretty fair but I feel a bit over-whelmed because it is NOT an all-inclusive and they really don't have a wedding package that we are using as a base.

 

Are there any ladies that have booked their sites and catering / sales at locations that are beach but NOT all-inclusives that would be willing to take a look at the proposal and give me some feedback? (mostly if the prices seem fair and what is or could be missing and creep us?)

Alyssa, if you can and want to, you could just post it here.

 

I think a lot of us did all inclusives, but some of us are doing packages and others did everything a la carte. I think we may be able to give you a pretty good idea if the prices look right and if anything should be added.
