How much you paid for your photographer??

We are paying for our photographer's travel expenses for the week (around $1300) and he is bringing his fiance at his own expense. He is a good friend so I know he will be taking photos all week of our group and will be available whenever we need him on the day of the wedding. He is giving us the edited CD of photos and even threw in our engagement shoot as well!

We are still in the process of the contract with our photgrapher. He is in cancun he charges 1500 which included all day event and TTD plus all pictures on a DVD and the slide show.... We are ordering additional albums 1 for us and 2 for our parents... The total comes out to around 2900. (The albums have around 100pages) Just shop around...

We paid $3,000 and it comes with a full day of shooting (unlimited coverage), an engagement shoot, a cd and dvd of photos (digital negatives), and online proofing for 60 days. This also included travel (which was split with 2 other weddings as he was staying at our location for a few more weeks to shoot their weddings).

 

For an additional $1200, we could've gotten a 40 page designer album but DH decided it wasn't worth the cost and we could create our own album. We'll see...

This is funny. I am a pro photog and shot a few destination weddings this year. The FI and I are yet to determine what our photography budget will be. But trust that the person we choose is going to sweat! LOL! Now it's my turn.

We are paying for the photographer and her side kick's trip. (so two photographers!) With this we get.... our engagements session, 8hrs the day of the ceremony, 2hrs of our choice another day (we're TTD!), 4 hrs of coverage AHR, a picture video we can show at the AHR, (one for us, and one for ea. of our parents). All pictures on a copyright release disk. The trip for the two of them is $2800. I think we are getting an AMAZING deal! And on top of it, we have two more FUN people to party with! =)

I'm spending $1200 for unlimited photos of my wedding, welcome dinner, e-pics, TTD, AHR, editing and 2 CD's, and then I'm paying for their trip to Mexico for 3 days. So when the final total is about $2400.
