Dress Timeline

I may end up doing that...getting it altered some where else. I guess I am holding off since I am not all that sure where in Tahoe we are getting married. It will be outside but it maybe on the beach or on a cliff. If it is beach I want something shorter. Although most dresses are short on me because I am tall.

I am getting my dress altered elsewhere. I live in Ontario and bought a dress in Buffalo, so I had to, but I have had dresses altered at bridal salons and more often than not the did a bad and/or rush job cause they had so many dresses to alter. So, I will not go that route anymore. I asked around and am using a seamstress that was reccomended to me.

I would say start looking, you may not care where you get married, because you find the dress of your dreams, and have to have it regardless of whether your getting married on a beach or a mountain top. That is what happened to most of us!
