4rm ROR to Coral Cove to Rondel Village

I’ve change locations penalty of times before but we’ve found what were looking for… I’ve had like 3 different wedding dates…lol we actually have to get the STD’s reprinted be cause of our last change of location and date but we couldn’t be happier! We’ve chosen to have are wedding at a small hotel in Negril called Rondel Village…. I fell in love with the site and there wedding coordinator has been awesome and the still had 10.10.10 open which was a basic deal closer  now that we’ve picked the date and sent the deposit I can get down to real planning, ultra exciting!

Can I ask why you chose Rondel Village over Coral Cove? I was looking at Coral Cove myself, but am unsure about a few things (no pool, limited air conditioning). Hopefully Rondel Village will create an amazing wedding day for you!

The reason we choose Rodel Village over Coral Cove was that my FH had a big issue with all the rocks that were displayed in the photos and that they did not actually have a beach although he is from there he though that most of our guest would enjoy the beach in Negril better. I did a survey and my MOH and mother both agreed that it looked more rocky and that the other beach looked MUCH nicer. Also when we were talking to a potential photographer she described coral cove as being in a bush… She said the resort was really NICE though… But my FH was discussing with her other things we plant on doing like going to the club/night life and she stated that we would not find any in close vicinity of coral cove. She suggested that we check out other resort in Negril and that’s what we did and fell in love with Rodel Village. The review of both resort are great on tripadvisor!

oh and i almost forgot i got to change my wedding date to 10.10.10!!!!

I'm really interested in Rondel Village as well. The only issue I have is that it's not all inclusive and I'm afraid that it will get very pricy for my guests. What are your thoughts?

sorry for the late response....I'm not to worried about it and not many of my guest are. I've had one person ask me why i didnt get AI ( and i think they will stay at another hotel that is AI) I think the price diffrence in the rooms makes up for it. I think a bit part of my choice to actually not go AI was the rate that i was going to be charged for people that are not staying at the hotel... Plus we are paying for about 10ppl so the only thing that they will have to do is cover there food. I get what your saying about AI because everyone will know up front what the cost of the trip will be.... But for us to pay AI prices for 10pple plus are self plus day pass for another 15 just wasent in our budget.
