Real Touch flowers-affordable?

Recommended Posts

I ordered mine from wedideas.com (3 bouquets, 4 boutonnieres, 3 corsages, and a cake topper - toss bouquet was free). Their prices are pretty reasonable. I received my quote within 3-4 days. I should receive photos of the flowers in the middle of next month. So, I cannot make a recommendation yet. But, they were recommended by someone on the Cruise Critic message board. I will post pictures on this site when I receive the photos.

Her website gives you the impression that she is almost impossible to book? Is she in your area. I noticied on her website she has will you fly or drive to your consultation? And it also says that you selects her quotes through a lottery so I might not hear back from her for quite a while. Can you please let me know how your experience was.

I have heard great things about Plumerias wedding boutique. I am thinking I will get my bouquet from her and then have a florist friend do the rest of the flowers. I love tropical flowers and would love to have ones that don't cost a fortune to get here and that won't wilt right away in our 100+ degree weather on my wedding day.

I just sent my deposit to Shavon! I'm really excited!

I don't think that she's impossible to book but she has a lottery system for how she picks who to send quotes to. I guess that I lucked out, I sent a quote form about a week ago and got my quote today. I would try filling one out, her prices are really reasonable. As for driving or flying in for a consultation I think that's maybe only if you want to or have a really big order, etc.? I know that I'm just doing everything over email.

After reading the horror stories about a vendor whom shall be nameless, I can appreciate someone like Shavon. She could be greedy and just take in as many orders as she gets in. Instead, she has set up system that does not exhaust her resources. As a result, she can still provide a quality product. This is one reason why Shavon's will top my list if and when I decide to order Real Touch flowers. Sounds like the type of professional that I would love to work with.
